IQ tests.
First some common rules
Basically a regular dice game with 36 positions with or without dice.
A strategic IQ game for one to several players.
Several hundreds of different problems.
The problems for the same position change during the game.
The problems gets harder for every column.
The more steps you take when it is your turn the shorter thinking time.
Then you can choose what kind of game you want.
1) You can use a dice to determine the number of steps. The more steps the less time.
2) The player decides himself how many steps he wants to take. The more steps the less time.
One step gives you maximum time to solve the problem.1 - 6 steps. 6 steps provide maximum travel but only 1/6 time.
Max time is 120 secs (= 1 step) and minimum time 20 secs (= 6 steps).
Preparation.
If for example two people traveling by train want to challenge each other on an IQ fight, they can skip the game plan, use one smartphone each and just type the number of your location at your Notes app. A real IQ fight!
Otherwise:
Take out the game plan on the printer. The game plan is the memory of your positions.
Each player needs a marker.
The one that starts will move the marker up to 6 steps.
The operation is as follows:
Decide the number of steps you want (with or without dice) and move the marker in the game plan.
Your available time to solve the problem is shown in the box Seconds.
Click the number in the table for the current problem.
The problem is displayed and the time is calculated and counted down.
Fill in the number of the solution before the end of the time.
Then it's the next player's turn. Click Next player.
If the answer is correct, stay in position or move back the marker if the answer is wrong. Instructions on the screen.
The one who first gets to position 36 and solves the problem wins.
The game can be limited and simplified by restricting the number of columns (1-2).
Further rules:
If a player comes to the same position as another player applies the following:
If he solves the problem the earlier players at the position will move back to first position in the column.
If he can't solve the problem he/she will move back to first position in the column.
